We’re sad to learn Prunella Scales, at the wonderful age of 93, has passed. Prunella portrayed Sybil Fawlty on the 70’s classic sitcom Fawlty Towers of which we have named our fermenters after the hysterical cast. Sybil watches over our brews with her disapproving eye and always keeps us on our toes. To you, Prunella!
